The commitment we have to high-quality services is awesome. I love how there are ongoing training opportunities, regular professional development, and didactics across all positions (from RBTs to BCBAs). This really shows how we are ensuring that all the kids we serve get good clinical services.
I was impressed and drawn by the time and commitment Little Leaves dedicated to my professional fit and growth, from my first interview to even today, almost 3 years later that helps ensure our clients and families receive high-quality and effective services.
Little Leaves has helped me grow as a professional in multiple ways. Little Leaves has given me the opportunity to grow into the role of Senior Behavior Technician and given me the chance to utilize the skills and knowledge they have provided and to apply it to my work with clients. The company is fantastic with encouraging staff to apply to new roles when available and helping to foster growth and new skills throughout trainings.
The team! I feel lucky every day to work with such a dedicated, talented, and hard-working group of people.
