COME GROW WITH US

Growth is one of the four core values of Little Leaves. We are always looking for professionals who want to keep learning and growing in the field because we know that well-trained staff deliver the most effective treatment. We help our staff grow by supporting them with extensive and regular trainings. BCBAs and BCBA-candidates also engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, such as regular supervision by a senior clinician, peer review meetings, financial support for conferences and CEUs, and more.

Little Leaves Offers a Structured Growth Pathway

Everyone who enters the field of ABA begins as a Behavior Technician. Some then decide that this is the career path for them. If you are hoping to become a BCBA, have recently earned your certification, or already have many years of experience as a BCBA, we have a role for you. At each level, you will be provided with training, supervision, and mentorship to excel in that role, or progress to the next level. Little Leaves always aims to promote from within.

One of the elements that makes Little Leaves most unique is the apprentice-style program for soon-to-be or recently credentialed BCBAs. The Training Specialist and Behavior Specialist roles are designed to help growing clinicians build robust skill sets to become Supervising Behavior Analysts.

Below is a typical professional growth progression within Little Leaves:

As a BT, you will work 1:1 with three clients in our center. You do not need ABA experience, just a passion for working with kids. We provide training you need to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Credential and begin a career in a growing field.

Senior Behavior Technician

Once you have mastered the skill of working with your three clients, you can grow to become a Sr. BT and be trained to work with any client.
